Payment And Delivery

Can I expedite my shipping?

The following shipping options are available when you check out. Guaranteed delivery dates will be provided for expedited shipments at checkout whereas estimated delivery dates will be provided for standard shipments.

National Capital Region

  • Standard Shipping (delivery within 2-3 business days): FREE
  • Express Shipping (24 hours): ₱150 per order
 North Luzon & South Luzon
  • Standard Shipping (delivery within 2-4 business days): ₱100 per order
Visayas
  • Standard Shipping (delivery within 3-5 business days): ₱150 per order

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship to international locations.

 

How can I track my order?

You can track your order(s) at Order Tracking.

 

How many payment methods do you have?

We offer Cash On Delivery | Bank Transfer

 

Return And Refund

I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Bop you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

The easiest way for you to return the merchandise is to send an email to hi@bop.ph as below:

  • The subject: ” Return – Your Order Code”
  • The content: Your Name | Your Phone Number Bank or PayPal Account | Attached Invoice ( the one is sent to your email or to Facebook / Instagram Direct Messages after your order is placed)

After we receive your Return Request Email we will send you the address to return the merchandise within 24 hours. Once we get the merchandise, the amount you paid will be refunded in a week.

Notes:

  • Make sure the merchandise is in its original packaging without damages.
  • You will pay for delivery fee of return, in case you will not be able to pay for delivery, we will deduct the refunded amount.

 

Can I exchange my order instead of returning it?

 As a Bop.ph customer you have the option of exchanging an eligible order instead of returning it for a refund.

To exchange the merchandise, you need to send an email to hi@bop.ph as below:

  • The subject: ” Exchange – Your Order Code”
  • The content: Your Name | Your Phone Number| Web Link of Item you want to exchange | Attached Invoice (the one is sent to your email or to Facebook / Instagram Direct Messages after your order is placed)

After we receive your Exchange Request Email, our shipper will deliver you the new item and take the previous one. 

Notes:

  • Make sure the merchandise is in its original packaging without damages.
  • We only accept the same or the higher bill for exchanging.
  • If the new purchase is higher, you have to pay  the amount of difference between them by our method provided.
