Payment And Delivery

Can I expedite my shipping?

The following shipping options are available when you check out. Guaranteed delivery dates will be provided for expedited shipments at checkout whereas estimated delivery dates will be provided for standard shipments.

National Capital Region

  • Standard Shipping (delivery within 3-4 business days): ₱80 per order
 North Luzon & South Luzon
  • Standard Shipping (delivery within 2-4 business days): ₱120 per order
Visayas
  • Standard Shipping (delivery within 3-5 business days): ₱150 per order

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship to international locations.

 

How can I track my order?

You can track your order(s) at Order Tracking.

 

How many payment methods do you have?

We offer Cash On Delivery | Bank Transfer | Gcash

 

Return And Refund

I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Bop you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

The easiest way for you to return the merchandise is following steps below:

  • Message us on FB page, click here http://m.me/bopleatherph
  • Offer us Order Number or Your Name under the order.
  • Offer us your Bank account/Gcash.

After we receive your message, our staff will send you the address to return the merchandise within 24 hours. Once we get the merchandise, the amount you paid will be refunded in a week.

Notes:

  • Make sure the merchandise is in its original packaging without damages.
  • You will pay for delivery fee of return, in case you will not be able to pay for delivery, we will deduct the refunded amount.

 

Can I exchange my order instead of returning it?

 As a Bop.ph customer you have the option of exchanging an eligible order instead of returning it for a refund.

To exchange the merchandise, you need to do as below:

  • Message us on FB page, click here http://m.me/bopleatherph
  • Offer us your Order Number or Your Name under the order.
  • Offer us Web link/Picture of Item you want to exchange

After we receive your Exchange Request, our shipper will deliver you the new item and take the previous one. 

Notes:

  • Make sure the merchandise is in its original packaging without damages.
  • We only accept the same or the higher bill for exchanging.
  • You will pay for delivery fee.
  • If the new purchase is higher, you have to pay  the amount of difference between them by our method provided.
